Welcome to Sisterhood Healing! I know It's been quite a journey, for you and I both, to get here. Ever since the age of 7, there has been a passion for birth and I understood the early call to "help women give birth". Due to my knowledge from personal research from birth work, I had my first non-medicated natural birth in 2011 at Hollywood Birth Center in Hollywood, Florida. Having an out-of-hospital birth was groundbreaking for my passion to walk with the women around me in bringing forth their children and to start understanding women's reproductive health on a deeper level.
Shortly after, life changed drastically. I became a single mother while my first child was one and motherhood took a turn I never thought it would take. I was given grave news that I was pregnant with another child but there was no heartbeat to be found. This led me on a deep journey to discover who God was on a personal level as took the first faith jump into birth work- massage therapy school. I then discovered that I was six months pregnant without any prenatal care. I did not have a miscarriage!

Blessed with two daughters, I had so many hardships as I walked through motherhood and pregnancy alone. Even though pregnancy healed my asthma, my first birth had unlocked unhealed childhood trauma, was burdened with perinatal/postpartum depression, high anxiety due to my ADHD, and riddled with fear as to what my next birth would look like alone. The Birth of a Doula
Through the pandemic, God radically shifted me to step into a new realm of birthwork. I became a certified doula in 2020 and immediately hit the ground running. With over 10 years of serving children and families, I know how each family is an individual unit and needs to be considered as such. Who better to partner with but The Holy Spirit for individualized wisdom and care!? I have been led to work with all types of families from all walks of life - Jews to Jehovah Witnesses, from Jamaicans to South Koreans, The Holy Spirit has guided me strategically through them all.

Will for my birth, with the support of my dear sisters, my second birth was straight from heaven. I can only attribute my gentle, fearless, and nearly pain-free birth to The Holy Spirit Himself for guiding me.
Our mission, in communion with the Holy Spirit, is to provide High quality, equitable care to all the mothers & families who desire to have our birth service. Our greatest desire is to help our community grow in wisdom, to walk with in full faith as you fearlessly enter into your beautiful birth journey. For those who need deep healing, we pray and will always work for you to rest and have total restoration. We cannot wait to share with you what God has implanted in us; a passion for serving women and their families with gentle, therapeutic and loving guidance into a healing birth experience.
